In addition to her membership in the Oregon State Bar Association, Austin maintains her memberships in both the Massachusetts and Nebraska State Bar Associations. Locally, Austin serves on the board of the Multnomah County Bar Association where she recently concluded her term as President. She is also an active member of the Clackamas County Bar Association and Washington County Bar Association. Austin’s other affiliations include memberships in Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLS), Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners (OAFLP), and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC).

Mindy S. Stannard
Mindy Stannard, a partner at Stannard and Batalden Family Law with over two decades of experience in Oregon family law, is recognized for her measured and strategic approach to handling diverse cases. She establishes a deep connection with her clients to support them at every juncture of the legal process with unwavering focus and clarity.
In addition to her membership in the Oregon State Bar Association, Mindy maintains her membership in the Washington State Bar Association. Locally, she is a member of the Clackamas County Bar Association, Multnomah County Bar Association, and Washington County Bar Association. Beyond her extensive practice, Mindy holds a distinguished position within the Oregon family law community and serves as a Pro-Tem Judge in Washington County Circuit Court. Her commitment to excellence is further underscored by her membership in the prestigious American Association of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML).
